A Letter from the Owner:
Our childhood experiences are the foundations for our future interest. I can remember helping my father build my mothers beauty salon when I was about 7 years old. I can remember the attention given to every detail; the colors, the structures, the use of space. I can also remember the delicate communication that took place between my mother and father that led to the finished product. This is when my interest in building and design and communication took hold of me. I have been building for over 30 years. In those 30 years I have received experience in both commercial and residential construction. After several years of apprenticeship I went on to work for myself. I have a great respect for my profession. It has helped me pay my way through college, raise a wonderful family and explore the world with my wife. I also have a great respect for my clients who have trusted me and let me into their businesses and their homes and allowed me to design and build and communicate.

George Paulson, Modular Home Specialist
After completing Naval duty in late 1969, began working on a framing crew building new homes in Suffolk county. When the boss retired took over the business and continued framing until an opportunity opened to join the carpenters union. Worked as a union carpenter for many years doing banks, shopping centers, medical offices, hi rise buildings, and many types of commercial work. During this time I was involved in several orgainzations doing work to help end world hunger. While doing this work, I met someone who had just began working with modular homes. He asked me to come on board to manage construction of all the homes he was selling. I agreed and over the years built hundreds of modular homes on Long Island. When he retired, I moved on to work with Jim at Pinpoint Construction.
